SAUDI ARABIA VISA BY MAIL

STEP 1

Visa Application Form 

Each applicant will need to submit a separate visa application form. Please type in CAPITAL LETTERS, print and sign your visa application form.  If you have any questions with filling your application form please give us a call at (727) 683-1467. Make sure you sign and date the Notice on Saudi Laws and Regulations acknowledging that you understand the severity of criminal punishments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  

Please note: HANDWRITTEN, BOTH SIDE PRINTED, TYPED IN SMALL LETTERS or NOT FROM OUR WEBSITE applications are subject to $30 retype fee.

STEP 2

Order form 

In order to provide you with the right and accurate service please complete, print and sign our order form. You can make one form for multiple applicants (should have the same return address).

STEP 3

Collect your documents

  1. Original national passport. Please make sure that your passport has at least two blank visa pages, is signed, and will be valid for at least six months following your trip to Saudi Arabia.

  2. One passport-sized photograph taken within the last six months. The photographs must be on a white background

  3. Business invitation letter issued through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  4. Copy of Certificate of Business Registration from the inviting company. The copy must have a stamp of approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  5. Notarized Business support letter from the sending company in the United States. The letter must provide all of the passport details of the applicant (full name, gender, passport number, date of birth), state exactly what the applicant intends to do in Saudi Arabia, specify the visa type and duration (e.g. 365 commercial visit visa), and guarantee financial support for the applicant during his/her trip to Saudi Arabia. The letter must provide the complete address and phone number of the sending company and must be signed by a duly authorized representative in the presence of a notary public.

  6. Non-US citizens must also provide a copy of their green card as evidence that they are residing in the United States.

  7. Check or money order payable to Union Visa LLC for the amount indicated in the Order Form.

  3. Family visit reference note issued through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This note should be ordered by your relative in Saudi Arabia.

  4. Non-US citizens must also provide a copy of their green card as evidence that they are residing in the United States.

  5. Check or money order payable to Union Visa LLC for the amount indicated in the Order Form.

STEP 4

 Send your documents

Make a package with your visa application form, order form, Notice on Saudi laws and regulations, original passport, 1 photo, payment, and additional documents. Send the envelope to the following address:

Please use FedEx or UPS services for your safety! We do not recommend using USPS. 

You are welcome to apply in person in our Tampa Bay, FL office. We take care of everything you need: photos, forms, Enjaz, mailing.
