STEP 1

Visa Application 

Each applicant will need to complete a visa application for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Please be sure to complete, print, and sign the application. If you have any questions regarding the form, please call us at (727) 683-1467.

STEP 2

Order form 

In order to provide you with the correct service please complete, print, and sign our order form. You can make one form for multiple applicants as long as they have the same return shipping address.

STEP 3

Collect your documents 

Please provide the following required documents to obtain your visitor visa to the Democratic Republic of the Congo

• US passport valid for at least 6 months and containing at least 2 blank visa pages (located side by side).
• 2 passport-sized photographs taken within the last 6 months.
• Invitation letter notarized and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
• An official “Engagement de prise en charge” form that your hotel or host should obtain from the General Directorate of Migration (Direction Générale de Migration) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
• Copy of a valid International Certificate of Vaccination confirming that you are vaccinated against yellow fever.
• If you ever had a visa to the Democratic Republic of the Congo before, copy of your last visa and the data page of the passport it was in.

STEP 4

 Send your documents

Make a package with your visa application for a visa to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, order form, original passport, 2 photos, International Certificate of Vaccination confirming vaccination against yellow fever, invitation letter, “Engagement de prise en charge” form, itinerary (if you have one), other required documents, and payment and send it to the following address:
