RUSSIAN VISA ONLINE APPLICATION GUIDE

PLEASE NOTE: If you will have difficulties answering any question in this application- leave it blank or put N/A. We will make necessary corrections for you once we receive your paperwork. Please follow this Instruction Guide only if you use Union Visa LLC services, otherwise your visa  can be denied.

1. Open the following link: https://visa.kdmid.ru

2. Choose the country where you will be applying for your visa. All US PASSPORT HOLDERS must select United States.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SELECT RUSSIAN FEDERATION AS YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

3. Create a one-time password for your application form. Save your APPLICATION ID and the PASSWORD you created! We will need this information in order to make any corrections in your applications. If you will not be able provide them we will have to charge $50 Retype fee!

4. Select Ordinary as Type of passport. Enter your passport information.

5. If you have your own Invitation letter – use its information accurately. If you want us to provide you with our free invitation letter – please type the information from the following example:

6. Important step! Select Embassy of Russia in United States – as the location where you will be applying for your visa.

7. Check your application info, scroll all the way down and press to SAVE AND SUBMIT button.

8. Select Print A4. Print downloaded Application.pdf

9. Sign and Date your application and send along with other required paperwork. Do not glue your photo to application.
